At Solid Quality Mentors, we don't have trainers or consultants in the traditional sense - people who teach a packaged class but don't do the hands-on work or consultants who perform a consulting engagement and then disappear. 	Rushabh Mehta – Managing Director Rushabh Mehta, who has been part of Solid Quality Mentors since 2005, is a Microsoft SQL Server Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and a globally known BI expert. He has an MBA in Finance and Management of Information Systems and significant business-management experience, serving in leadership roles at a number of organizations over the past 15 years, including as Vice President, Operations, for a group of chemical manufacturing companies in India and currently as President of the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS).
	Pinal Dave – Pinal Dave is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP actively involved in community service in India through his technology blog and website, SQLAuthority.com. A proficient database architect, developer, administrator, and project manager specializing in SQL Server programming, Pinal is an expert in SQL Server 2008 and 2005 technologies. He holds a Master’s of Science degree and a number of certifications, including MCDBA and MCAD (.NET). In addition to his 1200 SQL Server articles at SQLAuthority.com, Pinal is a regular columnist for several prominent IT websites and magazines. He currently leads the Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad SQL Server user groups and is a Regional Mentor for PASS Asia.
	Joy Rathnayake - Joy Rathnayake has been developing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies since 2002 and has been architecting, designing, implementing, and developing portal solutions using SharePoint technologies since 2006. His experience spans a broad range of industrial sectors, including Airline, Training, and Telecom. He has been working closely with Microsoft Sri Lanka and Microsoft Learning Asia to bring the benefits of IT to every organization in the region. Joy is the only person in Sri Lanka to be recognized as both a Microsoft MVP and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
